Registrations for the 9th International Symposium on NeuroVirology are now being accepted. The deadline for early registration is Monday, May 4th. Attendees can register for the ISNV Symposium by downloading and completing the printable registration form or by using the online registration system (see below). A discounted registration rate will available to ISNV members in good standing, as well as individuals choosing to join the Society and register for the Symposium concurrently. Registration fees for the ISNV Symposium include attendence at the Opening Reception and the Pioneer Award Gala Dinner. Please indicate on the registration form your plans to attend these functions. All accompanying persons are invited to attend the Pioneer Award Gala Dinner for a nominal fee. Please contact the ISNV Administrative Office if you wish to bring a guest to the Gala Dinner. Registrations received after Monday, May 4th, or those received on-site will be subject to a surcharge of 15%.
Cancellation policy Requests for cancellation of meeting registration made before the meeting will be refunded in full minus a $20 handling fee. There will be no refund for cancellation requests received after the meeting has begun. The cancellation policy does not apply to hotel room reservations. Please contact the Eden Roc Hotel directly for information regarding cancellation and refund policies of individual hotel rooms. For more information...
